Information about sending photos or digital images
Printed Photos: Just send us the
prints of your photos with a sheet of paper confirming your name,
address and date of birth.
Digital Images: We advise you to
take high resolution digital images using any digital camera. Once
saved, you can send them to us either by post or e-mail.
- Post: You can post them to
us on a CD, DVD or memory stick, with your name and date of birth.
- e-mail: If you want to
e-mail your images, please follow the following instructions:
- images are usually .jpg, but can be
saved as .bmp, .gif, .pdf, .png
- please make sure the images are
saved with your initials, date of birth and the number of the photo:
ie:
If your initials are S.C. and your date of birth is the 3rd May 1950
and it is the second photo of the set, you can call it:
SC-03-05-1950-photo-02.jpg
Remember - use hypens (-) not full stops or dots (.)
or slashes (/) for the date - putting dots or slashes in a file name
confuses computers.
- e-mail your images as attachments
to:

- only send 1 or at most 2 images per
e-mail - most e-mail servers have a size limit and we might not get
your images if you send too many in one e-mail
