There are so many treatments and procedures available today in the aesthetic and cosmetic world, it can be bewildering and very confusing. Because of media interest, many people hear about a certain treatment and decide to have it - regardless of whether it is right for them or not.

Many people e-mail or phone us to book a treatment, only to find when they arrive that they are unsuitable for the treatment they have booked. We then assess them and often find another treatment (or combination of treatments) - often procedures that they didn't even know existed.

Therefore to save wasted appointments and to try to relieve frustrations, we have set up our Absolute Aesthetics online consultation service - and have named it what so many clients end up saying to us - "What can you do for me?".

How does it work?

Using the information on this website, you e-mail or post to us:

• what it is that you don't like or what you want to achieve
• a completed sheet about your relevant medical and aesthetic history
• pictures taken of the relevant area
• your initials and a contact telephone number (for confidentiality)
• any additional questions or suggestions you think you might want to try

We will then telephone you and:

• confirm that you have actually requested the service
• take your full details
• take credit or debit card payment of £50

On confirmation of your payment, your file will be passed over to our aesthetic team which will include a minimum of:

• one aesthetic doctor, recognised by the BACD (British Association of Cosmetic Doctors)
• one qualified aesthetician

both of whom regularly consult at Absolute Aesthetics and who are both experienced in the treatments that we offer.

You will then be sent a report within 7 days detailing:

• our suggestions for treatment and alternatives
• a price guide for the treatments if performed at Absolute Aesthetics

The important bits ...

We undertake to provide the best professional advice that we can, given the information that you supply us, and it is this opinion for which you are paying .

We aim to provide you with a realistic plan of an optimal way forwards to satisfy your aesthetic needs. If you have decided on a certain treatment, we will advise as to whether we feel this would be suitable for you, or whether in our experience another treatment might be better.

Any advice that we give is only that - our professional advice based on our own experience, knowledge and the information that you provide us. We cannot guarantee that other professionals will agree with our advice, as in medical matters, there are often different opinions. Obviously, we cannot guarantee the success of any treatments that we advise.  However, we do guarantee our suggestions will be made honestly and ethically.

Once we send our report, the transaction is closed and we will not contact you again, unless you ask us to do so .... you do not need to worry that you might be put on a "Spam" list or will be chased to book a treatment.

We are very proud of our professionalism and our reputation - we do never chase clients as we know that if clients recognise our quality, they will choose us to perform the treatments.

Many people are unable to come to Absolute Aesthetics for geographical reasons. If that is the case, you are welcome to a Medical Aesthetics unit closer to you and use it to plan your treatment there.
